This Multispecialty Practice Marks The Company's 6th Facility In Bergen County, Further Expanding Its Reach In The Region
Bridgewater, N.J. (July 15, 2024) – JAG Physical Therapy, one of the fastest growing comprehensive physical and occupational therapy practices providing rehabilitative care to patients and sports teams in over 147 locations across the Northeast, announces the opening of their Englewood, NJ location. The new facility is located at 30 South Dean Street, Englewood, NJ 07631, and expands JAG Physical Therapy’s services to nearly 30,000 Englewood residents.
With the addition of Englewood marking six total facilities located in Bergen County, JAG Physical Therapy continues to strengthen their footprint throughout the Northeast, providing high-quality, specially designed care to a growing number of patients with a diverse array of physical therapy needs. This new Englewood facility demonstrates another step forward in upholding the company’s goal of bettering healthcare accessibility and helping as many people as possible.
Englewood’s multispecialty clinic is overseen by Clinical Director Shawn Kuizema, who has been with JAG Physical Therapy since 2019. Shawn received his Bachelor of Science in Physiology from Boise State University before obtaining his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Methodist University. Shawn’s favorite treatment areas include the spine, TMJ physical therapy, sports medicine, and geriatrics patients.

Additionally, this new multispecialty location will offer services related to spine rehabilitation, women's health, sports medicine, concussion rehabilitation, and balance and gait training.
