What We Do
JAG Physical Therapy provides rehabilitative care for general orthopedic, sports and soft tissue injuries, Workers’ Compensation cases, and Medicare patients. Our state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment and facilities allow us to develop a rehabilitation plan specifically catered to each patient we see.
