I’m not sure how they manage to get five-star reviews or what justifies those ratings—unless they’re fabricated—because my experience has been completely different.It’s nearly impossible to reach anyone, and on the rare occasion you do, they promise to call back but never follow through. This has happened more than once.I walked in since the location is convenient, but they didn’t have enough therapists available.It really makes you wonder how this place is even operating. Someone needs to start writing honest and legitimate reviews.
I’ve been using therapist Ken Schlinger off and on for years and highly recommend him. He’s extremely knowledgeable, caring, thorough and kind. The staff at Pro-fitness are friendly and helpful.

Parita Ramani is a great PT! She really takes the time to understand your issue, diagnose you, and come up with lots of stretches and exercises to help treat you.
