Carlito and all of the staff members at this location are amazing. Carlito is very knowledgeable and super caring. He really wants to see you heal and succeed, and does everything he can to make that happen. I notice a huge difference in my pain when I miss a week of pt. He also gives you exercises to do at home which is helpful for the healing process. I’m so glad I was referred to him!

JAG has the best people and the best equipment. I received a comprehensive evaluation from Carlito and I’m now getting some top flight PT. I played hockey last night for the first time in 6 months and felt pretty good. Highly recommended!

Positively some of the best PT sessions I’ve ever had! Carlito and his team demonstrate a high level of professionalism, which in turn makes for a positive atmosphere and a comfortable and safe environment. Carlito is an outstanding communicator, keeping one abreast of one’s progress, and he and his team all make sure one’s comfort level is not compromised while performing the therapy sessions. The clinic is spotless, the location is convenient and, they accommodate around your schedule. Definitely will recommend Jag!

I was very nervous going to PT, but after going to JAG I felt completely comfortable from day one. Everyone there is super accommodating with my schedule and truly care about their patients. Carlitos and his team have been amazing. He has been the only one that has helped me figure out what’s causing my headaches. I can tell he cares about each of his patients. I look forward to going to PT every week because I know that I’ll be taken care of and my health is important to them. I am so thankful for having found them!

I left HSS therapy to come to Jag and it was the best thing I did. Carlito and the Team are amazing! They are very attentive, knowledable and super friendly. I had MPFL reconstruction and was in therapy for about 5 months. I basically needed to learn how to walk again and I'm so happy with the results and my quality of life. I'm back doing yoga and rowing classes and I am 100% pain free.

Fantastic place! June is a great and responsible staff help me for all scheduling needs. Carlito and Jason are the best PTs, professional in the area and they really cares about patient. Professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly staff. Carlito, Jason, Angelina, and June make a great team. Very Convenient location and no waiting! When I walked in the door they were ready for me to begin. It was a pleasure to be in an office where everyone knew what they were doing! It was also nice to have other patients working at the same time which made a very positive and interactive atmosphere.
