Milana is the best PT! She is knowledgeable, personable, and knows how to push my body to challenge me without pain. She is open to adjusting my program at any moment to accommodate how I am feeling. I would recommend Jag, specifically Milana, to anyone that needs physical therapy.

This is my third time having physical therapy and my experience at Jag One was the best. From the moment I walked in, Marilyn at the front office made me feel welcome, no matter how busy she was she always asked how are you. My therapist, Milana was just amazing, very friendly, caring and knows her stuff. I would also like to acknowledge Katie, she too was friendly and very helpful. I would recommend that facility highly.

Have had 2 sessions so far - s/p meniscus arthroscopy. Only praise for the professionalism of the therapists - Jonathan and Milana.My first encounter was visiting the center several days prior to my procedure. I felt immediately the warmth and concern of Marilyn. Jag in Hackensack is excellent. They have been so easy to work with for scheduling appointments and actively try and work with my schedule. Mike and his team are super friendly and extremely knowledgable. Mike goes out of his way to help you understand everything you are doing and what the benefits are. No question is too small or dumb to him. I did several pre-op sessions before my knee surgery and I am going to do my post-op work with them as well. I highly recommend them to anyone needing PT.

I really like this place. I usually see Mike but have been treated by Jeff and Rich - they are all very knowledgeable and amazing therapists. I was hesitant about receiving physical therapy but they made me feel comfortable and my experience so far has been great. I’ve been feeling better which means it’s working. No complaints. If you need PT, this is the place to go.

I went to JAG in Hackensack for a workers comp injury and from the very first appointment I felt so comfortable with the staff and therapists. Marilyn and the other girl at the front desk were so welcoming every time I walked in the office. The PT aides, Jamie and Katie, and Cody were amazing and always made sure everything I needed was ready to use and cleaned. Jeff was my PT most of the time and he was fantastic. He throughly made sure my PT exercises were appropriate for the injury and oversaw everything I did. He also helped with pain management. I worked with Milana and Mike as well and they were both great and their bedside manner with patients was exceptional. I would definitely Recommend JAG to anyone looking for a place for PT.

Michael Dunne at Jag One in Hackensack has taken my recovery from meniscus arthroscopy to a higher level. He has a great understanding of the progressions necessary to rehab my knee safely and effectively. In just a few sessions I have recovered tremendously and I am optimistic that I will make a full recovery in just a matter of time. Michael is helping me return to running, cycling, hiking and playing with my young child. The Hackensack facility offers a great variety of tools to aid with recovery.
