Clinical Team
Amanda Poulakowski
PT, DPT, PCES | Pelvic Health Therapist
Amanda graduated with a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland and went on to receive her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the Rutgers School of Health Professions. Amanda has experience working with a range of patients including orthopedics, pediatrics, and pelvic health. She has also helped out in a pro bono clinic through Rutgers University providing services to underserved populations.
Amanda’s passion for the treatment of patients with pelvic floor dysfunction began during one of her clinical rotations during graduate school. She believes that pelvic floor issues should be openly discussed and strives to provide treatment sessions that allow patients to feel comfortable and not embarrassed. Amanda hopes to continue to advocate for the importance of pelvic floor physical therapy and the positive impact it can have on all individuals.
Jennifer Watt
PT, DPT, PCES | Physical Therapist
Jennifer started her career in pelvic floor physical therapy at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Hamilton. She has taken coursework with Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute, including male pelvic health.
Jennifer received her Bachelors of Science in Biological Sciences from Rutgers University in 2004. She then continued her graduate studies at Neumann University, where she received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2008.
Jennifer feels that pelvic health continues to be a topic that the medical and general community needs to be made aware of since many people are still uneducated about pelvic floor dysfunction, how it can present, and that physical therapy can help. While working with patients with incontinence, constipation, pelvic organ prolapse, and sexual dysfunction, she is helping to slowly bring back their quality of life as well as the control of their bodies.
Katelyn (Kate) R. Sheehan
PT, DPT, PRPC, PCES | Physical Therapist
Kate began her career in physical rehabilitation with the completion of a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from the University of Delaware in 2013. Afterward, she went on to receive her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Western University of Health Sciences in 2017. Kate has completed orthopedic and pelvic therapy coursework, including from the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute (Pelvic Floor Function & Dysfunction) and the Prague School (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization for Women’s Health).
Kate discovered her passion for pelvic floor physical therapy while working at an orthopedic clinic as an undergraduate. There she discovered that many patients withheld problems such as incontinence, prolapse, and pain because they feared embarrassment, believed their condition was something they needed to live with, or simply did not understand how the problem impacted their broader health.
Kate believes in teaching people that talking about their pelvic floor is not embarrassing, but critical to their well-being, and she strives to educate patients about how pelvic health impacts pain and function throughout their body. Kate’s treatment philosophy combines exercise, manual therapy, and mindfulness to help her patients discover their body’s amazing potential, regardless of whether they are concerned with completing daily tasks or improving athletic performance.
Kate strives to help people of all ability levels feel comfortable in every aspect of their lives so that they can get back to what they love doing. Her priority in treatment is to equip patients with the tools and confidence needed to regain control of their bodies and achieve their goals by addressing their main concerns.
Madison Vukicevich
PT, DPT | Physical Therapist
Madison received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Health Science and Psychology from Rutgers University – Camden and went on to receive her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from the Rutgers University School of Health Professions in 2023.
Madison was first introduced to pelvic health while completing one of her clinical rotations at Rutgers and has not looked back since! She has conducted and published research on the topic, which was presented at the APTA Combined Sections Meeting (CSM) 2023, about a collegiate athlete experiencing pelvic dysfunction. She has also taken coursework with Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute.
Madison feels pelvic health continues to be an area of care most people shy away from due to lack of comfort and knowledge of what the pelvic floor is and how it functions. The lack of understanding has created a large gap in both men’s and women's healthcare, which Madison hopes to help close with each patient she treats. Madison strives to combine her knowledge and passion for physical therapy to provide comprehensive care that helps each patient reach their goals and get back the life they want.

Alexa Lee

Alexa graduated with her degree in Exercise Science from Slippery Rock University and went on to receive her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University. She had an immediate love for pelvic health and has taken coursework through Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute to further her knowledge.

Alexa’s goal is to make every patient who walks through the clinic doors feel comfortable to discuss any and all topics related to pelvic health, so that she can help each patient feel empowered and reach their goals.
In her free time, Alexa enjoys long walks outside, exercising, learning to cook, and spending time with her partner and her dog.
