Clinical Team
Rosalind Cox – Larrieux
PT, MPT, PRPC I Physical Therapist
Rosalind received her Bachelor of Science degree in Health/Physical Education from Temple University and her Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from the George Washington University. She has over 15 years of outpatient orthopedic physical therapy experience with a concentration in women's and pelvic rehabilitation since 2017.
Rosalind is passionate about women's health and developed a concentration in pelvic rehabilitation after having two children of her own. Her personal labor and delivery experiences gave her insight on the physical needs and changes that come during and after pregnancy, and how physical therapy intervention can help improve the process. Rosalind treats all genders and varieties of pelvic floor conditions and enjoys teaching as well.
Rosalind is a Certified Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner by Herman and Wallace Institute since 2017. She loves community service and outreach initiatives and enjoys educating others on the benefits of pelvic rehab interventions.
Fun fact: Rosalind loves to listen to live music and believes that singing is a powerful talent. In her mind, she is a singer, but in reality, she knows it's best to stick to being a physical therapist.
Shraddha Wagh
PT, DPT, PCES | Physical Therapist
Shraddha received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Biological Sciences and Psychology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County and went on to receive her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from the Rutgers School of Health Professions in 2021. Shraddha has experience treating patients in a wide variety of settings including outpatient, inpatient rehabilitation, sports, pelvic health, and trauma/ICU.
Shraddha first discovered her passion for pelvic health while working in an orthopedic women’s health clinic and conducting research on women’s health. She realized how prevalent pelvic health dysfunction is in both men and women of all ages, and how often individuals fail to seek care due to embarrassment or lack of knowledge on how physical therapy can help with pelvic floor issues.
Shraddha has completed coursework in pelvic floor through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and also practices as a LSVT BIG certified clinician. Shraddha strives to combine a variety of treatment approaches in order to individualize treatment to each patient and help them achieve their goals.
Amanda Poulakowski

Amanda’s passion for the treatment of patients with pelvic floor dysfunction began during one of her clinical rotations during graduate school. She believes that pelvic floor issues should be openly discussed and strives to provide treatment sessions that allow patients to feel comfortable and not embarrassed. Amanda hopes to continue to advocate for the importance of pelvic floor physical therapy and the positive impact it can have on all individuals.
