I have been to this facility for 2 different therapies. The first was at the very beginning when Jag One opened this facility. I had surgery on my wrist and met Craig Soriano, the center director and my physical therapist. The experience was wonderful and I was very pleased with the outcome and resulting use of my wrist and hand.2 years later I have had 2 knees replaced during the same surgery. Some people, ok most, thought I was crazy. I called Craig before surgery and had therapy all set up. My physical therapist for this recovery is Eriko Takatsuki. Eriko is wonderful and pushes the proper amount. My recovery is much further along than I expected I would be at 6 weeks. I have almost full range of motion in both of the new knees. Working on strength and stamina and that is coming along nicely. Tom is a big help and very nice to work with as well.Craig has staffed his center with wonderful people and this customer care starts when you walk in or call and Melanie answers your questions and schedules you.Kudos to Jag One and especially to Craig for the way this facility Has been staffed. If you have a need for physical therapy I highly recommend Jag One Denville and you will be in good hands and receive great care from both Craig or Eriko and the rest of the team.Mark Shannon

Craig and his staff are fantastic. I've seen him both pre and post surgery and have been impressed. Pre surgery therapy gave me noticeable pain relief, even though a surgical solution was inevitable. Post surgery, I progressed much faster than my surgeon expected. I have been to several PTs over the years and have never been as happy as I am with Craig and the program he created for me. Highly recommended.

Craig and the rest of the staff at Jag physical therapy in Denville are all knowledgeable and professional. They have been teaching me exercises to decrease the pain in my lower back and hip and to strengthen my core muscles. I have been suffering from this pain for two years and I’m finally feeling relief which is fantastic. Everyone is extremely nice and friendly. I am very thankful for their help.

A++ PT - Craig and his team are extremely knowledgeable and they make it an enjoyable environment. I went in after back surgery with the goal of not just getting "stronger" but to get ready for spring golf. They set proper expectation from start to finish on how my body would feel and what to expect - this eliminated any potential frustration.
