Mina Mikhail

PT, DPT

Mina Mikhail, PT, DPT grew up in East Brunswick, NJ and attended Rutgers, New Brunswick for his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Kinesiology. Following that, Mina attended Franklin Pierce University in Manchester, New Hampshire to maintain his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Mina has been at JAG since May of 2021 and had the opportunity to treat different populations including high school & college athletes which has become his favorite populations to treat. Mina’s favorite injuries to treat are those related to neck and back pain utilizing the MDT method which he is currently in the process of getting certified for as it provides great results and relief for patients. Outside of work, Mina enjoys playing soccer, listening to music, and hiking.

McKenzie Method

For those with low back pain that most types of exercise and stretching don’t remediate, the McKenzie method can be a viable PT option. This series of stretches uses spinal extension in order to resolve tension and centralize and ultimately mitigate or eliminate pain. Our McKenzie method-certified physical therapists are experienced at helping people rehabilitate with this technique and proud to offer it as part of our general concentration on back injury rehabilitation. Occupational Therapy

Occupational therapy helps people practice new, adaptive ways of doing everyday tasks so that they can accomplish more independently each day. I came to Jag with a muscle pull in my calf. I have always been apprehensive to go to PT in the past, but I am grateful to have the help to recover from my injury a lot quicker than on my own. Rajvi was a great help! She is the best actually! She kindly pushed me to use my leg and stretch properly. It was a nice, supportive environment. I highly recommend Jag to anyone ready to get back to their old self.

Jag One was such a great experience. The whole staff including Daniella, Emma, and Brandon were so nice and friendly, which made going each week very pleasant. Mina and Rajvi were great and helped get my ankle back to where it needed to be. They explained everything well and always made sure you were ok doing the exercises which made me feel comfortable. I was also sad that I completed my sessions and “graduated” because of the great experience but they said their door is always open to stop in and say hello or if I need anything down the road. Highly recommend!

Cannot say enough great things about them at JAG!! I've been suffering with back pain for years and had relief after my first visit. Everyone there makes you feel special. They're super friendly and knowledgeable. Mina analyzes your symptoms and creates a treatment plan especially for you. He explains everything as to what each exercise will accomplish and tracks your progress, tweaking anything if needed. I was actually sad to "graduate" and say good-bye to them. I hope I never need them again but if I do there's no one else I would trust.

I can't say enough about how great everyone is. I had the opportunity to work with both Mina and Rajvi and I liked the fact that their methods and styles were different. They are both excellent therapists. The atmosphere made me feel very comfortable and we had some laughs with the riddle and question of the day. All of the supporting staff including Daniella and Brandon make you feel welcome when you walk in or call on the phone. I highly recommend JAG in Jackson!

Every person on staff at JagOne is wonderful! They are EACH (Mina, Katie, Manuel, Brianna) kind, understanding, light hearted, and pleasant to be around. They treat their patients like humans…and they actually listen to what the patient is saying. I had a hard time finding PT for my son, so I was grateful to learn that they treat children. Now that we’ve been with them for a few months, I’m happy to say they are fantastic! When my 8yo is being an 8yo, they are patient with him and work with him so that he is comfortable. Mina is an excellent physical therapist! He is very knowledgeable, skillful, compassionate, and also personable with a great sense of humor. Jag-One Physical Therapy is a great place to get better. Mina, the director and main physical therapist, is well educated and trained in all conditions and how to treat them. He also has a great personality, sense of humor, and is an overall nice guy. Angie, at the front desk, is easy going and helpful with all the administrative aspects.
