Nothing but great things to say about Jag. Staff is friendly, well-trained, knowledgeable. They are very attentive, explain the exercises and make sure you are doing them correctly for maximum effect. They also work well as a team and make sure that all the patients are moving through the exercise regimen at their own pace but without wasting time--important to me because I work full-time and my time is limited. I also appreciate greatly that they help me to push my body as far as I can go safely which is exactly what I want so I can return to all the activities I love as quickly as possible without going backwards in my recovery. I feel great trust in my regular physical therapist, Briana Caiazzo, who is absolutely lovely, professional and makes me feel very comfortable, and really knows her stuff. I was suffering from pain in my knees. For this reason, I came to JAG Physical Therapy on the 4th Ave 9902 in the Brooklyn. From the fist day I really liked the individual approach to each patient, large set of auxiliary tools, the well-coordinated work of the entire friendly team, which tried very hard to help me. After 6-7 session of physical therapy, the pain began to decreased and after 9 session, I feel much better. Therefore, I am very grateful to the team and will recommend this center to everyone
Eight weeks ago I entered the JAG Physical Therapy Bay Ridge Fourth Avenue Location for therapy for my knee replacement. I was assigned Stephanie Caravello. I could not be more pleased! JAG physical therapists and all staff members are amazingly devoted and have helped me tremendously! No denying that at times it was painful, but one needs to push themselves in order to heal! I recommend this facility if you seek physical therapy.My therapist Kate was instrumental with my speedy recovery. I had surgery on Feb 2022 for a rotator cuff tear and I graduated : ) a week ago (mid July). We worked on my range of motion which was so limited early on. I had a total of 5 months of PT. Tavin Patel is my physical therapist at Jag and she is terrific ! I've been going to Jag One and Tanvi and the staff has been so helpful in relieving the pain I've had on my left shoulder! The equipment that they offer you to use is excellent and fun to work with! Taking sessions with Tanvi Patel and the staff at Jag One has been a godsend!
Excellent rehab experience! I recently sustained a traumatic injury. My rehab experience at Jag One (99th street and 4th ave, Bay Ridge, Brooklyn) has been excellent. The facility is so organized and well run. But the best part has been the care I have received from my wonderful therapist Kate. Although I am only about halfway through with my recovery I have seen such tremendous improvement. I have no doubt this is due to her knowledge, competence, and expertise. Additionally she is so kind, and responsive . She tailors treatment to my specific needs, such as helping me master stairs when I wanted to do so. Very highly recommended!
The best Physical Therapy practice! An excellent team of knowledgeable and attentive physical therapists and assistants, all are very thorough in making sure that the prescribed exercises and treatments are followed properly. There is always a good number of patients in the office, and everyone gets close attention to their specific needs. Ladies in reception area made me feel welcomed from the beginning.Physical therapist Vitaliy Gonikman went above and beyond evaluating my situation and creating a customized plan for me. He also designed a set of recommended exercises which I can do at home for maintenance. Vitaliy always follows on the progress. It is obvious that he cares about his patients ' welfare. After four appointments my pain lessened, and I started getting better. Very happy and look forward to my next appointment.Friendly and talented staff, well organized facility, and a pleasant environment. Highly recommend!

It is my 1st experience doing Physical Therapy. I am so happy with Jag. Stefanie has been extremely helpful to me. All the therapists are professional, efficient, and they all work great as a team keeping up with the daily exercise schedules. I already feel a difference. The variety of exercises, electric stimulators with icing, and massage are very effective.
I’ve have been to a couple of therapy places in the area and this one far exceeded my expectations. Every person is attentive and working together to get you out the door! I highly recommend and Vitaly makes the experience extra individualized. I also love that he cares so much!
Stephanie and her team at Jag One are not only professional, but they provide an environment, in where taking care of you, is their focus and priority. There’s no laying back here. They are friendly and interested in how you’re feeling, progressing and will do everything possible to make you comfortable and get you back to your life at 100%.
