The staff are friendly Clean environment The therapist there care for yr needs Make you feel comfortable. The therapy itself it is what you put in. They are there to guide you n help you in all different ways. I love going there n love the treatment im receiving. I had right knee replacement. My journey is long but I will do my part to complete it with Jag. Thank you everyone for your time n the treatments I receive.
The staff and the therapist also their assistants at Newkirk ave in Brooklyn they are so professional they make your day by engaging with the patient sometimes you feel like you don't want to leave Mr Jerome he's very special he make sure the place is lively not boring.

This place is the best to go if you need to feel better fast. Jerome is an excellent Therapist. He's personality is catching. His Team Member Mekalya one of his Therapist is very caring, she makes you feel comfortable. I am satisfied so far. Keep.up the good work.

Excellent PT and warm, caring staff. I worked with Sanika who healed the tendonitis in my shoulder within a few months. Will be returning here for sure whenever I may need physical therapy.

Shout out to the clinical director Jerome who oversees a very positive environment. Drama free!! Love how the therapists work collectively to ensure patients have sufficient time on the various machines and tables. Very collaborative teamwork. I truly appreciate the help I've received after my knee replacement surgery. All the therapists has been phenomenal and supportive. I would like to single out a few. Yoselin has been a beast. Pushing me past my limits and focused on giving me the positive results I'm seeking. Thank you!! I love Meichella's engaging personality and especially the way, in her playful manner, that she ensure everyone does their full workout. Sam is constantly in motion interacting with multiple patients during the session. Thank you Nick & Joey for all the help you've given me following my knee replacement surgery. The JAG-One Ditmas Park location shares space with Brooklyn Premier Orthopedics where my surgeon and pain management specialist are based. Great location. Again my appreciation to all the therapists. This therapy clinic is the best thing that has happened to me. They cured me of a knee pain I had and now I was getting treatment for my back. Yoselin is the person who works with me, she is very attentive, kind and always helps me do my exercises correctly. Don't hesitate to visit this place.

The expertise and dedication of our Physical Therapist, Shrushti, and support staff not only helped strengthen my teenager's injured knee but also instilled confidence in their recovery journey. The service the clinic provides is really good. The attention that the staff I have interacted with provide is amazing. Yoseline Carballo, Kaitlyn, Raul, Samantha, Joey and Dante are very helpful throughout all my visits making sure I do all my exercises correctly and ensure I progress in my recovery the best way possible.-MM
Toe Surgery landed me at JAG. 3X/ week. I just finished 3 weeks and my recovery is fabulous. I saw daily/weekly improvements and their guided process and friendly, effective staff of assistants and therapists exceeded my expectations. JAG is a 5 min walk from my apartment and I couldn’t be happier. Thanks!

And care about yr pain work on yr pace not in there's or now it's suppose to be done it's on how much u can handle or u can do as a single person. Jerome leads an incredible team, who manage to maintain the perfect environment to recover in, with humor and empathy. I am so pleased with the help Ms. Amy provides me with, by assisting me with the paperworks to get my therapy started. This lady is very knowledgeable, she knows what she is doing, very patience and perfect when it comes to follow-up. Ms. Amy is the best and I am so happy to be working with her.
I have been coming to Jag for the past month for tendinitis in my arm and my therapist Vidhi has been great! She took the time to understand my issues and I always feel better after she works on my arm. All the therapist aids and receptionists are also helpful and friendly, even on busy days.
I had ACL surgery done in June 2022 by Dr. Heitman and he did a fantastic job! Jerome Cabahug and his staff at Jag helped me have an exceptional recovery process. Each and everyone of them were very thorough in everything they did. Guiding me through my workouts, massages, and just helping me stay consistent and trusting the process. 6 months later and I feel like my old self again. I couldn’t have done it without you guys! If you’re looking for a trusted physical therapy provider and people that care about you this is the place to go!

Front desk staff are friendly and efficient. Physical Therapist are attentive to the needs of the patient. I had my left hip replaced and they are carefully working with me to ensure they do not break the protocols that they need to follow for my type of procedure. Approximately the 6th week of therapy and I walking with a cane,but my balance, mobility, and confidence is 100% .
Nice front desk staff and great physical therapist. My physical therapist named Jocelyn is wonderful! I call her magic hands because she gives the greatest massages ever!
I’ve had several surgeries on different joints on my body and I always go to jag for my physical therapy. The office is clean the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, I trust them with my rehabilitation 100%.Jerome is great and pretty much knows everyone on a first name basis,he truly makes you feel like your their only patient.
JAG at Newkirk is the best PT I've ever had (even better than a PT facility in Mt Sinai, NYC - truly night and day). They strive to reverse problems (or get as close as is possible) vs simply relieving symptoms. I received the best care possible. I came here based on their 5 star online reviews. My experience exceeded expectations - by far and away! And, Jerome is absolutely the best! He's a truly gifted and exceptional practitioner.However, due to their popularity it does get kind of crowded at times. So sometimes there's a bit of a wait to get in to your appointment. But, it's well worth the wait. Bring a book, a phone, or watch the big screen TV with movies they show.

Good morning to the staff at Jag -One physical therapy I have to admit I had no idea what I was getting myself into with the physical therapy sessions however after the second visit the entire staff from the front desk to the therapist even the cleaning staff made my compliance with PT easier because their dedication to what they do. She always gives 110% to make sure each patient reaches his/her goal potential. Saloni along with the other equally talented therapists makes Jag One my chosen place for therapy. I have been coming to Jag One at 1414 Newkirk Ave since November 2021. I like coming here as my therapists are professional, efficient and the place is spotless. It runs like a well oiled machine. It has a very positive atmosphere. If you need Physical therapy you should only come here.
I receive great treatment at Jag. The care one receives from staff there is very attentive. They take their time in asking questions and explaining what is being done for your specific needs. Everyone there wears masks and the therapy rooms are constantly cleaned. Luckily for me, the location of the place wound up being close to where I live. Should be back to work soon.Would recommend anyone to go there Two thumbs up!!!!! ??
