I’m happy to say that from time you walk through the door to the the time you finish pt it’s a positive experience. The receptionists are very accommodating and all of the PT assistants are kind and helpful as well. Jake is my main therapist and does so much to constantly switch things up and challenge my abilities. My orthopedic doctor was impressed with my accomplishments . He’s a great therapist .Evan has also been wonderful as well. I think why this facility deserves 5 stars is also the teamwork. It’s so nice to see how well they work together while treating patients with compassion.

I was a lil shy at first because I’ve never been to physical therapy before and didn’t know what to expect but I soon felt at ease, Kyle, Ryan are the 2 that I’ve worked with but everyone is friendly…it has never been a problem making an appointment over the phone, definitely would recommend this place

Besides most of the staff being kind and courteousKyle was amazing. As we were unsure of the problem with my knee, he never stopped trying to find another way to make things work right. he was very patient and caring as he kept trying to help me figure things out. Jake was also always there with a quick hello as was Ahmed who also gave his all to help me. Rosie was very helpful no matter how busy. Thank you for making my PT experience a good one.

When I first went to JAG ONE I was unable to walk up and down stairs or take short walks. I am now able to go back to playing tennis!!. This is all because of the wonderful treatments by the knowledgeable therapist.. They also developed an exercise program to strengthen muscles to support my knees. The assistant are always attentive and caring

In March I had full knee replacement. After 2 weeks of home PT I chose JAG- ONE as my PT provider and I’m so happy that I did. It’s great. The PT assistants, Ahmed and Edward, are skilled, patient, kind, and always positive. Brandon, my physical therapist, is not only very knowledgeable, but very attentive and pleasant to work with. The office staff is very efficient and well organized. I highly recommend Jag.
