I was looking for a new place to get physical therapy. I did some research and selected JAG for its proximity to my home. When I met Anna T., my physical therapist, I knew my decision was correct. She listened and answered my many questions. Anna made me feel so comfortable in her presence. It was so easy communicating with her, no matter what had to be stated. Her many attributes are in addition to her being a skilled physical therapist. All my appointments revolved around her schedule.My neck will miss her marvelous messages when my therapy sessions end. Today’s going to be my fourth visit at Jag, I really love this place. The people that work there are so professional. I’ve gone to many physical therapy places over the years. This Has to rank number 10 on my list. I’m very satisfied and glad that I chose Jag. they keep a eye on you when you’re doing your work out. Unlike the last place that I want to, if you’re looking for a place that people care about you moving forward with your recovery Jag is the place to go.
The staff are great and attentive to all patients, they all go above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of. The facility is nice too , the equipment is new and clean.
Eve Esposito is amazing. I had a shoulder replacement and came to Jag One with reference from Hospital for Special Surgery. By chance I was assigned to Eve. The workout programs she assigned for me were perfect and aligned with what my doctor had requested. Over 6 months she updated my workouts as I progressed. Eve is very knowledgeable, sweet, kind, patient and encouraging. I am now almost 100% recovered and have full range of motion in my left shoulder. I couldn’t have picked a better therapist. The staff here is also wonderful, explaining the correct way to do each exercise and then watching to be sure that I was doing them properly. I would highly recommend Jag one in Rossville.
The staff is very professional and caring. There is sufficient staff to monitor all of your activities as you follow their physical therapy program. I would highly recommend my physical therapist Anna Trotta as one of the best.
Jag-0ne has been an excellent choice in physical therapy options here on Staten Island. Their facilities are fully equipped, immaculate and the friendly and knowledgeable staff make each visit pleasurable. My personal therapist, Eve Esposito, has made a huge difference in my recovery from full knee replacement surgery. Her courteous, professional work with me in a one-on-one setting has improved my condition immeasurably. I would highly recommend her if she's available.
