It’s my second time here. Very happy so far. Everyone is very friendly. You feel they care. Place is small but comfortable and clean. Already see improvements after total hip replacement surgery. Special thanks to Ralph . He made me feel great to come back the next day and I’ll keep going and follow his instructions for total recovery. Thanks ti everyone in the jag one.

I chose this practice based on convenience and proximity to my job and I am so glad I did. Have you ever been to the medical setting version of Cheers? Well this practice is where everybody knows your name. They greet every single patient by name every time they walk through the door. The staff are personable and very welcoming.At this practice they set the standards for professionalism and personable and compassionate care. Granted that pain is what brought me here, I can still laugh through the discomfort as the staff work with me. I am made to feel that it is truly a team effort to get me back to where I need to be. Kudos to the entire team at Jag Starrett City!!

I first went to Jag One on Flatlands Avenue back in March of 2021 after having a partial knee replacement surgery. My physical therapist Ralph Guingon is the most amazing person that I came across during my recovery, he pushed me to complete my exercises that really helped me with my recovery he really cared and constantly reminded me of the importance of continuing doing the exercises that he thought me at ho and because of that I can gladly say that it paid off. I recently had another partial knee replacement on my right knee this year and I was happy and fortunate to have Ralph as my therapist again because I knew what the outcome will be after my other knee done. So far I doing great thanks to the help I received from Ralph in no time I will be back to the life I deserve. Thank you Ralph!

I have had an overall great experience at Jag! My therapist Anisa B. has what I call "magic hands"! Every time I leave I feel so much better. Everyone on staff are respectful and make you feel welcome. This is my second go-round with PT and I wouldn't go anywhere else!
