First and foremost, I want to highly recommend Jag one to anyone post operatively (& in general).The care I have been receiving here compared to other PT companies has been nothing less than amazing. They treat everyone as if they were a part of the family. It’s very encouraging to see!The staff have been one of the crutches for my recovery post surgery and I cannot be any more grateful. Everyone is extremely motivating and despite them having multiple patients at once (which is actually surprising considering it’s a little small), they all still give their 110% to each person.Scheduling with Sonia is very easy and she is always accommodating. She is great!! Aside from her being extremely helpful as she schedules, she is also a big cheerleader to not only myself, but to the other patients as well so I’ve noticed.The DPT’s, Ives and Hamna, have been a very big and crucial part of my therapy. They have not only helped slowly heal my shoulder to the point where it’s almost back to normal, but the way they answer all tedious questions, manually massage the area of interest, & make sure you are absolutely comfortable at all times was the best thing for me personally.Soni and Luisa, the PT aides, have also been a major part of my recovery process. They are extremely insightful and attentive to you as you’re doing your exercises (as the PT’s) and are also kinda like your bug support team as you’re going through your recovery process. They always have such positive attitudes and it definitely helps.Everyone I’ve encountered in the WP location has been amazing and I CANNOT recommend this site enough. This site has become like a small family to me through out the process and I know I am not the only patient who thinks this too. I have recommended a lot of my patients to this site and I am very pleased with everything!
This is the absolute best physical therapy sessions I’ve ever had. Professional and knowledgeable.
First of all, my experience with Jag One physical therapy in White Plains, NY began in October of 2022. The accommodations made by Carmen & Sonya(she’s like a sister to me), were & still are exceptional. Scheduling(very flexible), insurance coverage(making sure that the billing is correct) & text message reminders are all on point. Next, as I was in a lot of pain, Ives(my PT) set me up w/an appropriate stretching & strengthening program. As time went by, my condition didn’t improve & an MRI revealed a tear, fluid build up & bone spurs that needed immediate attention! My left shoulder was operated on in January of 2023. As I returned to PT post op, the Physical Therapist; Ives Hernandez & Chelsea Brooks put together a program to get my shoulder, back to a ROM , so I could leave my splint at the appropriate time. Teaching & learning proper form are emphasized by all of the staff members. Lastly, all of the staff members have contributed to my well being! Other PT’s help me when it’s busy such as Sony(knowledgeable PT, a very personable woman & always ensuring that form & time are of the essence), Jackie(whom I believe is still in school but always available for questions & care) & alexa(whom we All couldn’t do w/out)! Thank You Jag One White Plains staff for trying to get me to where I need to be.
Chelsea and her team are top-notch at what they do. I had a total knee replacement and am feeling great and able to move like I haven't in years. Her support team is great, Sonia and Carmen consistently worked around my changing schedule. Thanks to Chelsa, Jackie ans Sonie for getting me moving!!

Jag-One White Plains office was amazing from day one of my recovery process. Everyone was so helpful with every step of the way. Chelsea, Nick, Karina, Janell, and Sonia were all awesome to work with; they all made the office such a welcomed place to be. The office has all the equipment you need to get back to normal but most importantly the staff to help you properly through your recovery process. From the first time I went to Jag-one physical therapy in White plains Ny I felt welcomed and in good hands, the director Chelsea and her crew were dedicated to help me get back in shape after my knee surgery, they are not playing when it comes to your exercise routine and making sure you do it right, in order to maximize your recuperation, the place it self has all the state of the art machines and tools that you will need, its clean and organized but the most important thing its the people that work there.
